I welcome groups of people wether personal or professional.  Group coaching offers a different perspective to coaching where attendees can share their experiences and also celebrate success. I create a warm and friendly atmosphere encouraging openness and vulnerability. Delivered via workshops or open platform learning.

I like to keep things very real and offer a 100% judgment free and confidential space. Coaching can get quite emotional and intense. But this is the basis for REAL CHANGE. Getting out of the 'same old' familiar space and habits and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable is the key to success
